Co2 Laser Cutting services is now available
We are excited to share that CO2 Laser Cutting services is now available!
What can it do?
It can cut and engrave plywood, MDF, acrylic, and many other non-metal materials.
Laser cutting gives precise and small cuts whereby traditional CNC milling may not be able to achieve.
Great for making signage, displays, small gifts, accessories, even special prototyping requirements for your robotics build.
Limitations
The maximum thickness for cutting is as follows:
- Acrylic – 12mm
- Plywood – 9mm
- MDF – 7mm
We may be able to double the thickness by flipping the work piece around and cut twice.
The maximum work size is 900mm x 600mm.
What format to send to us?
We accept any picture format for engraving, we will eventually convert to BMP format. We can save some time if you prefer to do the conversion yourself.
As for cutting, we need PLT, DXF, SVG or whichever line art / vector format that can output your desired size, we’ll convert to PLT eventually.
